On August 13, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting project of 600000 kilowatt off-grid renewable energy hydrogen production phase I project ( photovoltaic power generation part) in Pingshuo coal mining subsidence area was issued. The tenderer of the project, China Coal Pingshuo Group Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of China Coal Group.
The announcement shows that the 600000 kilowatt off-grid renewable energy hydrogen production project in Pingshuo coal mining subsidence area is the third batch of national wind and solar base projects, which are divided into photovoltaic power generation part and hydrogen production part . The photovoltaic field is located in the coal mining subsidence treatment and backfilling reclamation area of Pingshuo Mining Area in Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province.
This tender is for photovoltaic power generation , including the photovoltaic field and the 35kV collector line connecting the photovoltaic field and the hydrogen production part, and the installed capacity at the DC side is 111.MWp 45368. The planned construction period of the project is from November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2027.
With regard to the bidding requirements, in addition to good business reputation, business conditions and corresponding qualifications, the bidder's performance is from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of contract signing). It must have one EPC general contracting performance (photovoltaic power generation above 100MW (inclusive)). In terms of
design performance, from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of contract signing), the bidder must have more than one 100MW (including) photovoltaic power generation construction drawing design performance ; In terms of construction performance, from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of signing the contract), the main construction unit must have the performance of general contracting for the construction of the main photovoltaic power generation project of more than 1 100 MW (including). As for the person in charge of the
project, in addition to the corresponding qualifications, the person in charge of the proposed general contracting project has one performance in power or new energy projects from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is allowed
for this project , and the design unit is the leading unit of the consortium. The composition mode of the consortium members is: design unit + main construction unit.
