This competitive allocation clearly requires that the investment and development agreement shall be signed within 10 working days after the project owner is determined, the filing formalities shall be handled within one month after the signing of the project agreement, and the commencement shall be realized within two months after the filing (excluding the time for handling the pre-commencement formalities). In principle , the production conditions shall be met within 8 months after the commencement, and the full capacity grid connection conditions shall be met within 12 months. If the
determined preferred owner fails to carry out the construction according to the agreed requirements, the right to develop the photovoltaic resource project will be recovered according to the regulations, and the original filing authority will cancel the filing and reconfigure it.
