kiln system realizes the automatic control of the whole process from ignition, preheating, heating to stable operation of the kiln. The system collects key data such as kiln inlet temperature, kiln slow motor status, coal feeding amount and combustion status in real time, and intelligently adjusts the coal feeding amount of kiln head and the frequency of primary air fan to ensure that the heating process is safer, more stable and energy-saving. This technology not only greatly reduces the labor intensity and the risk of human operation, but also achieves the control goal of "heating at speed, no turning back, uniform kiln drying", which provides reliable technical support for reducing energy consumption, improving the service life of refractories and accurately participating in peak staggering production.
