On July 29, the People's Government of Wuhua District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, issued the "Approval of the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Northwest Round City Photovoltaic Power Generation Project". According to the "Technical Assessment Opinions on the Environmental Impact Report Form of Northwest Ring Photovoltaic Power Generation Project" issued by Kunming Eco-environmental Engineering Assessment Center, after the full implementation of the various pollutant prevention and control measures proposed in the Report Form. The adverse environmental impacts caused by the construction and operation of the project can be mitigated and controlled, and it is agreed that the project will be constructed according to the location, project content, scale, function and environmental protection countermeasures stated in the Report Form.
The announcement shows that the Northwest Ring Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Heilinpu Street and Xilu Street, Wuhua District, Kunming City, with a total investment of 240 million yuan . The AC side capacity of the proposed project is 50. 56 MW , and the DC side installed capacity is 60. 99184 MWp , consisting of 25 PV sub-arrays. The total floor area of the project is 86.5349 H ㎡. The construction of the
project consists of main works (photovoltaic power generation system, booster station), auxiliary works, public works, environmental protection works, temporary works and supporting works. This environmental impact assessment does not include the outgoing line, and the outgoing line project will go through the environmental protection formalities separately.
