On November 25, Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 500000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project of Minqin 1 million kilowatt wind-solar-power integration project, and the tenderer was Gansu Electric Power Investment Minqin New Energy Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Nanhu Town, Minqin County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, about 12 kilometers away from Nanhu Town in the west, including 500MW wind power generation project and 500MW photovoltaic power generation project. It adopts the layout scheme of wind and solar power in the same field, and plans to build a 330kV convergence booster station. One circuit of 330kV outgoing line is connected to the 330kV side of the planned 750 kV water source station.
It is noteworthy that the announcement information shows that the project has not yet obtained the design review opinions of the grid access system, and the final access system mode is based on the special access system design and its review opinions corresponding to the Minqin 1 million kilowatt wind and photovoltaic integration project of Gansu Electric Power Investment Group Co., Ltd.
This project adopts EPC general contracting for bidding, including all stages involving equipment and material procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, trial operation, external coordination and final acceptance organized by the project unit and Gansu Electric Power Company of the State Grid, and commissioning and handover according to standards. All are included in this bidding project (excluding energy storage system , wind power, monitoring center and booster station). The planned commencement date of the
project is before March 15, 2026; the planned completion date is before December 30, 2026. Defect liability period is 2 years. In terms of
admission conditions, the Owner shall issue a stamped admission notification letter to the successful bidder, and the successful bidder shall provide the corresponding bank guarantee or contract deposit as required by the Owner. In terms of
the bidder's performance requirements, the bidder is required to have at least one domestic single 100MW or above photovoltaic project EPC general contracting performance in the past three years (from November 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding). Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender . Deadline for
