On July 28, the Linfen Administrative Examination and Approval Service Administration of Shanxi Province issued two announcements on the acceptance of environmental impact assessment documents for photovoltaic projects . The projects are Huadian Fushan 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Zhongdian Nongchuang Daning Taigu Town 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project respectively . of Huadian Fushan 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project
, the photovoltaic field of Huadian Fushan 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Zhaigeta Township, Fushan County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province, which is a complementary project of grass and light. The construction unit is Huadian (Fushan) New Energy Co., Ltd . The total installed capacity of the power station of the
project is 100M W , and the DC side capacity is 116.61 MWp. The photovoltaic array consists of 19 photovoltaic sub-arrays with a capacity of 3.2MW, 9 photovoltaic sub-arrays with a capacity of 1.6MW, 9 photovoltaic sub-arrays with a capacity of 1.3MW and 14 photovoltaic sub-arrays with a capacity of 1MW, and adopts a 625Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass battery module. The total number of modules is 186,576 , and the PV string is composed of 26 PV modules connected in series, with a total of 7176 strings arranged.
It is reported that Huadian Fushan 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project has obtained Shanxi Enterprise Investment Record Certificate on March 17, 2025.
According to the EIA documents, the EIA project is the change of 100MW photovoltaic power generation project in Taigu Town, Daning, which is located in Daning County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. The total capacity of the AC side is 100MW , and the installed capacity of the DC side is 131.82039MW. After the change, the total installed capacity of the project remains unchanged . The total installed capacity is still 100M W . The change content of this
project is mainly the change of photovoltaic field area. The details are as follows:
the new location of the photovoltaic field is changed from Xinshui Town, Daning County, Linfen City to Xinshui Town and Taide Township, Daning County, Linfen City; In the
main project, The number of modules, the number of sub-arrays and the specifications of the photovoltaic system are as follows: "223,418 580Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided battery modules are arranged in the photovoltaic field area." A total of 128,258 585 Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided battery modules are arranged in the photovoltaic field area which is divided into 32 photovoltaic power generation units. 90,142 630Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided battery modules, divided into 53 photovoltaic power generation units.
It is reported that the construction unit of the project is Zhongdian Nongchuang (Daning) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which is indirectly controlled by China Electric Power, a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Group.
