It is reported that the expansion project of Chengdu Jingxin Mingneng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. in 2025 is the first declared expansion project, with a total investment of 19 million yuan and a construction period of 3 months, which has not yet started construction. The project mainly focuses on the research and development of crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells , and is expected to increase the research and development scale of 60,000 standard silicon cells per year .

According to the EIA documents of the project, Chengdu Jingxin Mingneng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. leased the plant of Chengdu Liandong Vision Co., Ltd. in June 2023 to implement the "Chengdu Jingxin Mingn eng Photovoltaic Technology Phase I Development Project". The project mainly develops new solar cells, with a research and development capacity of about 3000 pieces per year. According to

the data, Chengdu Jingxin Mingneng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2023, and its business scope covers the manufacturing and sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, and the leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment.
