On July 24, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of Huaneng Laiyuan 260 MW photovoltaic power generation project was issued.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Shangzhuang Township, Jinjiajing Township and Liujiazhuang Township, Laiyuan County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, and the tenderer is Huaneng Jingxing Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. The planned installed capacity of this
project is 260 MW , and the DC side capacity is 300MW. The 00932 is MWp. In the preliminary design, the photovoltaic field area adopts N-type modules, and the capacity ratio is 1: 1.15; A new 220KV booster station is planned to be connected to the 220KV side of Quanyu Substation through a 220KV line, with a line length of about 20 KM; a 52 MW/104 MWh energy storage system is planned to be built.
The project is planned to start construction on August 30, 2025, connect to the grid for the first time on November 30, 2025, and put into operation with full capacity on October 31, 2026. In addition to good business reputation, business conditions and corresponding qualifications, the
tender requires bidders to have good performance since January 1, 2020 (based on the time of signing the contract). Have at least 2 photovoltaic project construction performance , and the single contract capacity is not less than 100MW;
At the same time, in addition to the relevant certificates and qualifications, the project manager has been working since January 1, 2020 (based on the time of signing the contract). He has the performance of serving as project manager for one photovoltaic construction project of 100MW or above.
This project does not accept any form of consortium or agent to participate in the bidding. Deadline for bid
opening/submission of bidding documents: 9:00 on August 14, 2025.
