On November 10, the tender announcement for the integrated general contracting of design, procurement and construction of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project (EPC general contracting) in Midong District of Guoyang, Xinjiang, was issued. The total investment of the project is 2.3 billion yuan. Located in Midong District, Urumqi, Xinjiang, the
project plans to build a new 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic project and its ancillary facilities.
Bidding scope: including preliminary design (including surveying, mapping and geological survey), construction drawing design, equipment procurement and installation and commissioning, engineering construction, grid connection and completion delivery, defect liability period work and final acceptance and other work required by the state, and fully responsible for the quality, safety, civilized construction, environmental protection, construction period and cost of the project, which is a turnkey project. In terms of
performance requirements, the bidder is required to have at least one 100MW or more photovoltaic EPC general contracting project performance or construction performance from January 2022 (subject to the date of contract signing) to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted for
