Nanjing European Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Yidao New Energy Co., Ltd. and Hengdian Group Dongci Co., Ltd. won the bid, ranking first to third. The
lowest bid unit price is 0.716 yuan/W, which is quoted by Yidao Xinneng, and the highest is 0.768 yuan/W, which is quoted by Hengdian Dongci.
Previous bidding information showed that the tenderer of the project was Henan Branch of China Tower Co., Ltd. with an estimated installed capacity 48218 of 84 kWp, of which the 21614 of the DC superimposed light project was 04 kWp and the 26604 of the AC photovoltaic project was 8 kWp. Purchase 640Wp and 705Wp PV modules, with a budget of 45.168 million yuan (including tax). There are three successful bidders in
this tender, who are responsible for the supply of different components.
In addition, the maximum bidding price limit is set in the bidding of the project, and the maximum price limit for discount quotation is 100% of the comprehensive discount coefficient based on the procurement benchmark price list, and it is clear that if the bidder's quotation is higher than maximum price limit, his bid will be rejected.
