On June 27, Liaoning Energy Bureau issued the "Announcement on the Open Capacity Table of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Jilin Province in the Third Quarter of 2025". The open capacity of Baicheng Town, Lai County and Tongyu County in Liaoning Province is 0, and 24 places are yellow warning.
Among them, the open capacity under the jurisdiction of State Grid Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. is 1325.13 MW, the open capacity under the jurisdiction of Jilin Local Electric Power Co., Ltd. is 109.411 MW, and the total capacity of the whole province is 1434.541 MW.
According to the requirements of the relevant documents of the State Energy Administration and in combination with the actual work, our Bureau organized the State Grid Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd. and Jilin Local Electric Power Co., Ltd. to calculate the open capacity of distributed photovoltaic access to the distribution network in the third quarter of 2025, and now the capacity situation in various places is open to the public. Local energy authorities, power grid enterprises and investors can work accordingly.
