On October 14, Ningxia Electric Power Guoneng Hongsibao New Energy Co., Ltd. "Ningxiang DC" supporting Hongsibao 1.5 million kilowatt new energy base project EPC project (seven, eight and nine bidding sections) was announced. China Construction Eighth Bureau General Contracting Construction Co., Ltd., China Railway Eleventh Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. are the first candidates for the three bidding sections respectively.
It is reported that Ningxia Electric Power Guoneng Hongsibao New Energy Co., Ltd. "Ningxiang DC" supporting Hongsibao 1.5 million kilowatt new energy base project EPC project (seven tender sections, eight tender sections, nine tender sections) was tendered publicly on September 4. The tenderer is the new energy branch of Ningxia Electric Power Co., Ltd. of the State Energy Group. Project unit: Guoneng Hongsibao New Energy Co., Ltd.
This tender is divided into three bid sections, with a total PV installed capacity of 479.68 MW, including 576.63 MWp on the DC side.
Publicity information shows that Ningxia Electric Power Guoneng Hongsibao New Energy Co., Ltd. "Ningxiang DC" supporting Hongsibao 1.5 million kilowatt new energy base project is located in Hongsibao District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, covering an area of about 90000 mu. The planned capacity of the PV field of the project is 1,000MW, the installed capacity of the DC side is 1,200MWp, and the installed capacity of the AC side is 1,000MW. The installed capacity of wind power project planned for the same site is 500MW. It is planned that every 26 modules in the
PV field are connected in series to form a PV string, every 24-28 string is connected to a string inverter not less than 300 KW, every 10 string inverters are connected to a 30 MVA box transformer, and every 8 string inverters are connected to a 2.5 MVA box transformer. Every six series inverters are connected to one 2.0 MVA box transformer to boost the output AC of the inverter to 35 KV. Two 110KV and one 330KV booster stations will be built together
with the planned 500MW wind power project in the same field, and two 330V lines will be connected to the 330KV side of Miaoling 750KV booster station. At the same time, a 10%/2h energy storage power station will be built. The overall design of the project is subject to the preliminary design of the closed version.
