On September 30, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 314000 kilowatt self-use new energy project (214000 photovoltaic ) of Shanghai Miao Power Generation Company of Guodian Electric Power Company was issued. The Tenderee is Guodian Power Shuangwei Inner Mongolia Shanghaimiao Energy Co., Ltd./State Energy Group Inner Mongolia Shanghaimiao Power Generation Co., Ltd., and the project unit is State Energy Group Inner Mongolia Shanghaimiao Power Generation Co., Ltd. According to
the announcement, State Energy Group Inner Mongolia Shanghaimiao Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Shanghai Miao Town, Etok Qianqi, Inner Mongolia . The rated capacity is 214 MW , and the actual layout capacity is 256. 81552 MWp. The scope of this
project is to build a new photovoltaic power station with a rated capacity of 214 MW and an actual layout capacity of 256.81552MWp, including the construction and trial operation of 35kV collector lines, auxiliary facilities and equipment in the field, and to build a new photovoltaic 110kV booster station with about 9km of 110kV outgoing lines. And build a 110 kV collection and step-down station jointly with the 314,000 kW self-generated and self-used new energy project (100,000 wind power). A 250 MVA (110/35kV) main transformer is planned to be built in the PV 110kV booster station. The
photovoltaic booster station is connected to the newly-built 110kV collection and step-down station near Shanghaimiao Power Plant by a 110kV line, and then connected to 8 sections of buses at the 10kV side of # 1- # 4 high voltage auxiliary transformer of Shanghaimiao 4 × 1000 MW thermal power plant by 10kV voltage level after being stepped down by the step-down transformer (including 8 incoming line power cabinets expanded in the thermal power plant). Four 80/50-50 MVA main transformers are planned to be built in the collection and step-down station, which will be completed at one time. The construction period of the
project is planned to be 12 months , and the bidder is required to have at least two contract performances of domestic 100MWp and above photovoltaic EPC (including photovoltaic stations), and all of them have been completed. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project. The deadline for submission of
project bidding documents and bid opening time is 9:00:00 on October 21, 2025.
