of Longshan Cement Co., Ltd., introduced that the technical transformation project of 5-stage to 7-stage preheater was carried out, using the latest four-generation mid-rail broken grate cooler, high-efficiency energy-saving motor fan, straight-roll control motor and other advanced technologies, using new nano-insulation materials and intelligent expert system developed by Sinoma Zhike. The application of a series of new technologies will greatly promote energy saving and consumption reduction in cement production. The standard coal consumption per ton of clinker can be reduced from 106 kg to 88 kg, and the power consumption per ton of clinker can be reduced from 52 degrees to 42 degrees. The enterprise can reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide by 46 tons, nitrogen oxides by 60 tons and carbon dioxide by 60000 tons per year. The indicators are currently the leading level in the same industry in China.
