It is reported that the project of upgrading and transformation of cement clinker production line in different places and co-processing of urban waste recycling economy in Guangxi Huahong Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Area C of Longan County Migrant Workers Pioneer Park, Nanning City.
The project is an off-site upgrading and reconstruction project, with a total land area of 1300 mu. A 5000t/d clinker new dry process cement production line will be built, supporting 9000 kW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation and cement grinding system, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of clinker and 2 million tons of cement. Including 70% of PO42.5 ordinary Portland cement and 30% of PC42.5 composite Portland cement. The annual power generation is 4480 × 10000kWh and the annual power supply is 4166 × 10000kWh. About 350,000 tons of solid wastes such as fly ash, desulfurized gypsum, gypsum and urban construction waste are treated annually. The total investment of the
project is 0.96 million yuan for 128586 and 42.05 million yuan for environmental protection.
According to the "2022 Top 100 List of China's Cement Clinker Production Capacity" published by China Cement Network, the new clinker production capacity of Guangxi reached 11.873 million tons in 2022, ranking first in the country, followed by Hunan, Shandong, Jiangxi and Xizang with a total production capacity of 11.315 million tons.
