In Jiangxi Province, from July to August, the unified peak-shifting production plan for 48 clinker production lines in the whole province is temporarily carried out for no less than 13 days, and all peak-shifting plans must be fully implemented before August 31;

Shandong Province requires that during the period from 0:00 on July 1, 2023 to 24:00 on July 31, 2023, each clinker production line of each cement clinker enterprise shall be stopped for 15 days; During the period from 00:00 on July 1, 2023 to 24:00 on August 31, 2023

in Chongqing, cement clinker enterprises are required to stagger the average peak of 46 clinker production lines of 31 enterprises for no less than 30 days;

In Fujian Province, the peak-shifting production time of each production line is not less than 65 days throughout the year. This year, the peak-shifting efforts of cement enterprises in Fujian Province will be strengthened, which is expected to be around 120 days.

In Sichuan Province, the kiln will be shut down for 40 days in the third quarter.

In Yunnan Province, it is planned to complete 60 days in the third quarter;

Guizhou plans to stagger the production peak and shut down the kiln for 60 days in the third quarter;

enterprises in the central and southern regions of Hebei will increase the production peak for 10 days in July;

Shaanxi will start the production peak in summer from May to July and shut down the kiln for 30 days;

Guangdong will stop production for about 15 days every month from May to August;
