At present, the project as a whole has entered the stage of installation and commissioning of electrical equipment before the first grid connection, and is expected to achieve full capacity grid connection by the end of October, reaching the state of completion.
Reporters learned that during the holidays, the project mainly carries out installation and commissioning tests of booster station equipment, decoration and decoration of booster station, laying of low-voltage cables in photovoltaic plant area and electrical installation of brackets and bridges.
Guan Xiaosheng told reporters: "During the National Day, we will organize construction and production in an all-round way, do a good job of caring for workers who stick to their posts during the festival, implement dynamic rest, coordinate human and material resources, manage all kinds of production factors dynamically, do a good job of construction deployment, and escort the production and construction of the project."
The project is located in Zhengxi Pasture, Muli County, with an average operating altitude of more than 4000 meters. In order to ensure delivery, the project department has carefully planned, closely linked material procurement, production and manufacturing, product transportation and project construction, and made every effort to promote construction. On
the construction site, the construction personnel not only have to face the strong ultraviolet radiation, but also have to resist the cold wind. In the harsh working environment, all the project builders are still energetic, while ensuring the smooth progress of the project according to the schedule node, they pay close attention to safety and quality.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 833 million yuan, and after the completion of the project, the average annual electricity on the grid is 37427 53000 kilowatt-hours, saving about 114200 tons of coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 304700 tons annually, which can not only enhance the complementary capacity of local hydropower and photovoltaic, promote local social and economic development, but also promote the development of the whole country. It can also further improve the ability of "West-to-East Power Transmission" and promote the sustainable development of new energy industry.
