On September 27, Yishite announced that the company intends to transfer 100% of the shares of Jinchang Guoneng Solar Power Co., Ltd. and Minqin Guoneng Solar Power Co., Ltd., two wholly-owned subsidiaries of photovoltaic power plants, to China Nuclear Huineng (Inner Mongolia) Energy Co., Ltd. The total consideration of equity transfer is 430.5 million yuan and 351.5 million yuan respectively, involving 100MW photovoltaic installed capacity. Upon completion
of this transaction, the Company will no longer hold the equity interest in Jinchang Guoneng and Minqin Guoneng, and the financing guarantee provided by the Company will be terminated, and the Company will not provide financial assistance to the Target Company. The two subsidiaries will no longer be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements, and there will be no related party transactions after the completion of the transaction.
After preliminary estimation, this transaction is expected to increase the net profit before tax by about 46 million yuan (calculated from the consolidated level), which will have a positive impact on the company's operating results, and the final data shall be subject to the audit results.
