江浙沪地区目前整体需求稳定，随着基建和市政类开工项目数量增加，企业发货量较前期有所增加，外加原材价格持续上涨影响，混凝土成本上升，部分区域价格随之上涨。其中杭州地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在460-510元/方左右，上海、南京地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在450-500元/方左右。
近期江西地区原材价格有所上涨，受此带动，混凝土价格偏强运行。目前南昌地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在420元/方左右。安徽市场价格本周暂时稳定，皖北区域局部流动性较差，市场需求持续偏弱运行。
福建地区，原材料价格大幅上涨，但目前成本增幅与材料涨幅不匹配。主要来看，市场阻力尚存，虽企业有心推涨，但需求支撑不起大幅涨价。其中福州地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在370-390元/方左右。
山东全省停窑结束后，枣临和烟威地区原材库存仍然偏高，市场需求也没有好转表现。需求严重不足，仅靠重点工程需求，提价存在难度。目前济南地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在470-490元/方左右。
