Lafarge Zambia Cement Plant Unveiled

The new plant is located in Chilanga, near Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, with a total investment of about 90 million US dollars and an annual capacity of 830,000 tons. On May 7, Chinese Ambassador to Zambia Zhou Yuxiao was invited to visit the Lafarge Zambian Cement Plant in CHILANGA, Lusaka. Representatives of more than 10 Chinese-funded enterprises, including China Aviation International and Cathay Pacific Iron and Steel, attended the event.
