从2018年5月起，德阳市安监部门将对全市11家水泥企业开展专项治理拉网式执法检查。5月10日，德阳市安监局与什邡市安监局共同对四川利森水泥集团有限公司、什邡市桂湖水泥有限公司进行了检查，检查中发现部分企业包装、装车、水泥输送装置未按要求设置密闭的除尘装置；部分企业作业场所职业病危害因素检测结果未公示告知；部分企业作业场所职业危害警示标识不足；部分企业未制定培训计划等问题。对检查出的问题，检查组与企业现场负责人交换了意见，下达了执法文书，要求企业严格按照水泥行业专项治理标准及时梳理整改存在的问题，加大投入，确保治理成效。同时要求所在地安监部门及时下达整改指令，限期整改。
