Vientiane Red Lion is a key construction project of Red Lion Group's "the Belt and Road", located in Xinhe County, Vientiane Province, Laos, with a total investment of US $300 million, to build a new dry cement production line with a daily output of 5000 tons and a supporting 12 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, adopting world-class cement production technology, equipment, technology, environmental protection and management, in accordance with intelligent manufacturing. Cement is made in a low-carbon, safe and environmentally friendly way. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Lao government, Songsai Xipandun, the governor of Vientiane, Weidong Saiyasong, and other leaders came to the scene to guide the construction of the main project on November 8, 2016, the cement grinding system was put into operation in January 2018, and the project was officially ignited on February 8, 2018. It took only 15 months to complete the operation.
