On January 30, the key technical transformation project of Zhongcheng first-line raw mill of Xiangshan Cement Company successfully completed the trial run after 55 days and nights, which marked that the project formally entered the stage of production preparation and injected strong impetus into the quality and efficiency improvement of the company's raw material preparation link.
It is reported that the project takes equipment upgrading and structural optimization as the core, focuses on the core pain points in the operation of the mill, and systematically carries out the transformation work. Through accurate diagnosis and scientific measures, the company's project team successfully eliminated more than 40 hidden dangers of large equipment such as large vibration of mill operation, damage of internal gear of reducer and damage of bearing seat of mill; at the same time, with the help of comprehensive disassembly and reorganization, more than 100 hidden dangers of small equipment were thoroughly investigated and eliminated, which fundamentally solved the multiple bottlenecks restricting the stable operation of mill.
The maintenance and transformation has achieved remarkable results, which not only greatly improved the stability and production efficiency of raw material preparation, reduced equipment failure rate and maintenance costs, but also effectively guaranteed the continuity and safety of the follow-up production process, laying a solid foundation for the company to optimize its capacity structure, enhance its market competitiveness and promote sustainable development.
