据了解，短期借款较年初增加44.19%，主要是一季度取得银行短期贷款增加导致；
应付票据较年初减少79.13%，主要是票据到期解付所致；
预收款项较年初增加44.95%，主要是预收水泥货款增加所致；
财务费用较上年同期减少51.95%，主要是有息负债同比下降导致；
其他收益较上年同期增加380.62%，主要是本年取得上年增值税即征即退所致；
营业外收入较上年同期增加145.11%，主要是收到的政府补助增加所致；
所得税费用较上年同期减少59.27%，主要是一季度利润总额同比减少所致。
资料显示，青松建化从事的主要业务为水泥、建材、化工产品的生产与销售。

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (the original [2021] No.80 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the production line used for capacity replacement must be shut down and dismantled before the construction project is put into operation.
