Recently, The Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps issued the Announcement on the Demolition of the Cement Clinker Production Line of Tumushuke Qianhai Building Materials Co., Ltd. The announcement on the demolition of Huocheng Cement Plant's production capacity replacement cement clinker production line and the announcement on the demolition of Xinjiang Jinta Cement Co., Ltd. According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (original [2021] No.80 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the production line used for capacity replacement must be shut down and dismantled before the construction project is put into operation, and the replacement index project used for splitting shall be calculated according to the time of the first construction project completed and put into operation.
After on-site verification and confirmation, the Φ4.0 × 52 meters (2000 tons per day) cement clinker production line replaced by Tumushuke Qianhai Building Materials Co., Ltd. to Tumushuke Zhongke Building Materials Co., Ltd. in March 2023 has been dismantled; Huocheng Cement Plant
of Yili Qingsong Nangang Building Materials Co., Ltd. replaced the Φ3.2 × 52m (daily output of 1000 tons) cement clinker production line of Yili Qingsong Nangang Building Materials Co., Ltd. in October 2023, which has been dismantled; The Φ4.3 × 64m (3000t/d) cement clinker production line replaced by
Xinjiang Jinta Cement Co., Ltd. to Tumushuke Zhongke Building Materials Co., Ltd. in March 2023 has been dismantled. The total annual clinker production capacity of the
three clinker lines is 1.86 million tons.
