中材国际1月18日晚间发布业绩预告，经财务部门初步测算，公司预计2015年年度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润与上年同期（法定披露数据）相比，将增加310%至360%，上年同期净利润为14833.62万元。
公司表示，由于2014年公司清理各项资产损失金额较大以及2015年四季度人民币汇率变动的影响，公司2015年净利润与去年同期相比出现较大幅度的增长。
