该项目是南京凯盛开能与世界知名水泥企业豪西蒙（Holcim）的第一次合作，系豪西蒙旗下印度AMBUJA CEMENT LTD 4400t/d水泥熟料生产线配套的余热发电工程，装机容量为7.5MW。
项目执行过程中，南京凯盛开能优秀的技术水平和项目执行能力，得到了业主方高度评价。该项目的顺利并网，为后续成功交付奠定了良好基础。
