海螺水泥主要从事生产和销售熟料和水泥制品，今年前三季度完成营业收入436.75亿元、净利润81.73亿元，同比分别增长18.01%和51.80%。进入10月以来，水泥逐步迎来销售旺季，公司多个子公司水泥产销创出历史新高；与此同时，华东、华南区域水泥价格迎来持续反弹，累计涨幅在40-70元不等。去年四季度，公司吨净利达62元，今年四季度仍有望接近这个盈利状态，全年净利润将创历史新高。
此外，公司国际化战略稳步推进，印尼南加项目设备安装已近尾声，印尼孔雀港粉磨站项目正式签约，缅甸项目已基本完成前期工作。
业内人士表示，水泥需求约七成来自房地产和基建，地产政策的放松及四季度铁路、轨道等基建项目的启动对行业影响正面，在相关政策的带动下，水泥需求将保持稳定增长。同时，工信部淘汰水泥落后产能的步伐还在继续，提高行业集中度和产能利用率，这也有利于公司的未来发展。
