[原创]运输半径不断突破新高!贵州水泥已冲击珠三角市场

众所周知,水泥是区域性产品,其陆上运输半径通常不超过300公里,有的地方甚至仅100多公里。但一般来说,水泥的运输半径并不是绝对的,它与水泥价格成正比关系,水泥价格越高,其运输半径相对就越大。

  日前,有业内人士在与中国水泥网记者交流时透露,贵州水泥价格一直处于洼地,目前已有少量贵州水泥运至广西百色地区装船,然后经水系运输至珠三角区域。

  众所周知,水泥是区域性产品,其陆上运输半径通常不超过300公里,有的地方甚至仅100多公里。但一般来说,水泥的运输半径并不是绝对的,它与水泥价格成正比关系,水泥价格越高,其运输半径相对就越大。

  广东当地企业表示,尽管贵州流入珠三角的水泥仅是少数,但这也从侧面反映出,各省市的行情情势不一,势必会打破传统意义上的水泥销售半径,并对区域内的企业竞合关系产生影响。

  究其原因,表面上看是由于贵州、广东两地水泥价格悬殊过大。据中国水泥网行情数据中心消息,贵州下游需求仍旧疲软,目前贵阳市场P.O42.5散装水泥搅拌站到位价240-260元/吨。而广东梅州地区大厂P.O42.5(R)散装水泥主流出厂报价480-490元/吨,惠州地区大厂P.O42.5散装主流出厂500-530元/吨,整体来看,目前珠三角地区一些小厂陆续自主上调价格,跟进前期大厂普涨行情,省内年前或有继续上扬趋势。两省水泥价格相差过大,给长距离运输的运费增长提供了空间,这也导致了贵州水泥“翻山涉水”进入广东区域。

  然而深度解读后不难发现,市场需求的不足叠加产能的过剩是贵州水泥价格低洼的重要原因。由于贵州往年基建进度快,投资大,一定程度上提前消耗了水泥需求潜力。进入2019年以来,随着扶贫攻坚工作的逐步收尾,贵州水泥需求步入下行周期,甚至被认为已步入东北断崖式下滑的后尘,水泥价格也一蹶不振。

  此外,贵州经济发展水平偏低,也导致水泥需求后续缺少支撑,加之产能严重过剩,今年以来贵州水泥行情几乎呈现一路下滑态势。

  当前对于贵州当地企业而言,稳定水泥价格已是当务之急,让贵州水泥行情重新步入正轨刻不容缓。另一方面,贵州的低价水泥也给全国水泥行业敲响警钟,产能过剩问题就像一颗足以打破市场格局的定时炸弹,若不能从根本上解决,行业利润恐怕难以保持高增长。

  当然,从贵州水泥流入珠三角市场可以看出,随着各区域水泥行情市场分化加剧,水泥运输半径突破新高已是趋势,水泥销售的区域性将不断被打破,而这也给华东,乃至全国水泥市场的稳定带来不确定因素。

  总体而言,作为一种市场行为,水泥销售半径的距离大小本无可厚非,但通过此次事件可以了解到,水泥行业采取综合措施科学调控水泥生产供给,化解产能过剩带来的矛盾,全力保持供需动态平衡的目标已迫在眉睫。当产能过剩没有彻底解决,加之区域需求下降、水泥价格急剧回落,下一次水泥跋山涉水“远道而来”或成常态。
