Recently, Haiwei 66, the world's first catamaran designed and built by China, which integrates "solar + sail" hybrid electric propulsion system and rudderless steering control technology, was launched in Jishui, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The ship integrates rudderless steering technology and adjustable pitch propeller (CPP) system to achieve a high degree of integration of clean energy and intelligent control.
It is reported that "Haiwei 66" is the first rudderless catamaran in China to apply this innovative technology, which fully demonstrates the strong strength of China's shipbuilding industry in the design, construction and key technology of new energy ships. Faced with the challenge that there is no ready-made inspection standard for many innovative technologies, the maritime department takes the initiative to serve ahead, takes the lead in organizing the backbone of ship inspection, the designer and the shipyard to jointly tackle key problems, assists enterprises to overcome technical problems one by one, and guides the improvement of the quality self-inspection system, so as to ensure the full implementation of the ship's technical specifications and safety standards, and to ensure the smooth completion of the ship.
In order to ensure the safety of the "Haiwei 66" ship, the maritime department entered the shipyard ahead of schedule to conduct a comprehensive inspection of key facilities such as airbags, traction equipment and mooring cable piles, and to verify safety measures and contingency plan one by one. In view of the risk of deviation in the launching of rudderless ships, the maritime department specially instructed the shipyard to add lateral tugs and emergency braking devices. On the day of launching, maritime personnel were on duty throughout the whole process, monitoring the hydrological and meteorological changes in real time, coordinating the temporary avoidance of upstream and downstream ships, and finally the whole launching operation was completed safely, smoothly and smoothly.
Next, the maritime department will continue to follow up the mooring test, trial voyage and other follow-up links of the ship, and continue to help the design and construction of new energy ships.
