The research team went to four key cement enterprises in Shexian County, Jinyu, Jinyu Taihang, Wu'an Xinfeng and Xingtai Zhonglian, and held in-depth discussions and exchanges with the enterprise leaders, listened to the development demands, gathered industry consensus, and made a good start for the "15th Five-Year Plan" of the building materials industry in the province.
This survey is the decisive measure for the Provincial Building Materials Association to carry out the requirements of the Work Program for Steady Growth of Building Materials Industry (2025-2026) and implement the activities of "Service Enterprise Bank", with the core purpose of listening to the suggestions for enterprise development, accurately docking the needs of enterprises, optimizing the service efficiency of the association, and scientifically planning the future direction of work. Promote the high-quality development of regional cement industry. During the investigation, the leaders of the four enterprises introduced the production and operation, technological transformation and green development respectively, thanked the association for its long-term support, and made Frank suggestions on the pain points and difficulties of the industry development.
Enterprises generally reflect that the serious overcapacity of the cement industry is still the core problem restricting its development, and it is urgent for the whole industry to gather consensus and make concerted efforts. It is suggested that the industry should carry out self-discipline activities according to the actual situation of Hebei market and the differences in environmental protection policies. discussion, Ma Jianli listened carefully to the speeches of the enterprises and highly affirmed the positive actions of the four key enterprises in green low-carbon transformation and industry self-discipline practice. He pointed out that "the benefits of enterprises are bred in the industry, and good enterprises in the industry must be good". At present, the cement industry in the province is in a critical period of structural adjustment. Facing the common challenges of overcapacity, it is difficult to continue to fight alone, and coordinated development is the way out. He emphasized that the backbone enterprises should shoulder the industry responsibility, take the lead in implementing the self-discipline requirements, strictly control the output, optimize the supply, and solve the "involution" dilemma with practical actions; the association will give full play to the role of bridge and link, systematically sort out the opinions and suggestions collected in this survey, form a special report to reflect to the relevant government departments, actively strive for policy support, and promote the solution of the actual difficulties of enterprises.
In view of the next step, Ma Jianli put forward clear requirements: First, the association should establish a normal research mechanism, continue to deepen the "zero distance" service, accurately meet the needs of enterprises, and provide all-round support such as policy consultation and resource docking for the development of enterprises; Second, enterprises should strengthen their confidence in development, seize strategic opportunities such as the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the construction of Xiongan New Area, increase investment in technological innovation and green transformation, and enhance their core competitiveness; Thirdly, the whole industry should strengthen the sense of coordination, strictly implement the industry consensus of peak staggering production and capacity control, jointly maintain market order, promote the transformation of the industry from scale expansion to quality and efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the building materials industry in the province during the 15th Five-Year Plan.
The visit and investigation further narrowed the distance between the association and enterprises, and condensed the broad consensus of "jointly protecting the industry ecology and promoting high-quality development".
