At the meeting, the responsible comrades of the Central Organization Department announced the decision of the Party Central Committee on personnel adjustment: Comrade Bai Yong was appointed Chairman and Secretary of the Party Group of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and removed from the post of Director, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd; Wen Shugang was removed from the post of Chairman and Secretary of the Party Group of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and the relevant appointment and removal will be handled in accordance with the statutory and constitutional procedures. public information, Bai Yong served in the relevant institutions of the Three Gorges Construction Bank, the Three Gorges Finance Company and the Yangtze River Electric Power Company in his early years, and after 2007, he served as the general manager of Hubei Energy, the director of the strategic planning department of the Three Gorges Group, the chief accountant of Dongfang Electric, the deputy general manager and chief accountant of the State Machinery Group, and the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the China Resources Group. Since 2024, he has served as Director, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of COFCO Group.
