The total transaction amount is about 29 million US dollars (about 206 million RMB).
In addition, in addition to the transformation of the US photovoltaic production base, Waaree also plans to relocate the equipment and production lines of the company's two production bases in Tumb (1GW) and Nandigram (1.1GW) to the existing plant in Chikhli, Gujarat, to integrate manufacturing capacity.
Waaree said in December 2025 that its total PV module manufacturing capacity (including Indosolar) in India had reached 20.17 GW. Among them, the Chikhli plant has a capacity of 16.44 GW and has been included in the approved scope of the Indian Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) . The company also has a 5.4G W solar cell manufacturing capacity in Chikli.
