, 2026, the Development and Reform Commission of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region issued the Notice of the Investment Plan for Key Projects of the Autonomous Region in 2026.
According to the list of projects, there are 100 key construction projects in Ningxia in 2026. Among them, there are 67 industrial projects, 17 infrastructure projects, 5 social undertakings projects and 11 livelihood improvement projects.
Among them, there are 7 projects involving the photovoltaic industry : 5 photovoltaic projects with a scale of 2.5G W and 2 wind and solar projects with a scale of 1.2G W. The photovoltaic scale of the above 7 projects totals 3.55 GW.
