It is understood that the project is a key cooperation project between Jiayuguan Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. and Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group to deepen industrial chain coordination and promote the utilization of industrial solid waste resources. It is also a demonstration project for Jiayuguan City to develop circular economy and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of traditional industries. The project is located in Jiabei Industrial Park, which mainly constructs a 2 million tons/year slag grinding production line, a set of old slag crushing system, supporting facilities such as new grid structure combined storage shed, steel structure raw coal storage shed, mineral powder concrete round warehouse, and synchronously installs core environmental protection equipment such as slag vertical mill and process dust collector.
As a benchmark project for comprehensive utilization of solid waste, the project takes metallurgical solid waste and energy solid waste produced in the production process of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group as the core raw materials, and realizes the high-value and large-scale recycling of industrial solid waste through advanced grinding technology, which not only effectively solves the problem of metallurgical solid waste disposal, but also greatly reduces the resources of cement production.
