On July 25, the official public number of the Energy Bureau of Etuoke Banner, Inner Mongolia, issued a statement disclosing that the tender announcement for the EPC general contracting project of 100m W household distributed photovoltaic power generation in Etuoke Banner, Ordos City, was suspected of false bidding and had been ordered to be revoked. The tenderer of the
project, Inner Mongolia Duorui Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has only filed a small non-natural household photovoltaic project involving 15 households with a total installed capacity of 674 kilowatts. However, it released bidding information covering 1250 households, with a scale of 100MW and a total investment of over 200 million yuan, which was seriously inconsistent with the content of the record and was suspected of exaggerating the scale of the project to mislead enterprises.
At present, the local authorities have ordered the enterprises to withdraw the announcement and eliminate the adverse effects, and the follow-up work will be carried out in strict accordance with the true information on record.
It is reported that the company, which has only been established for 8 months, is promoting 10 distributed household photovoltaic EPC tenders in Inner Mongolia, with a total scale of more than 1GW, while the 100MW project involved has previously completed the announcement of winning the bid, and the unit price of the winning bidder is 2 yuan/W.
