On July 23, the Management Committee of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province issued a public announcement on the approval of the EIA document of " Jingao Yangzhou Base Component Technology Renovation Project (Jinhui Road Factory Area) ".
The announcement shows that Jingao (Yangzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yangzhou Jingao") intends to invest 210 million yuan . "Jingao Yangzhou Base Component Technical Renovation Project" will be constructed in the existing factory areas of No.1 Jinhui Road and No.123 Jinshan Road in Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
The project is mainly aimed at upgrading the component equipment in Jinhui Road plant area and reserving the pilot line of perovskite lamination technology path. It is planned to purchase high-speed series welding machine (with dispensing connection mode), water-cooled laminator, two-component gluing machine and other equipment, upgrade and replace the original low-speed welding machine, air-cooled laminator and single-component gluing machine, transform the existing 72 version component production line into perovskite laminated component production line, and other production lines remain unchanged. After
this technical transformation, the overall production capacity remains unchanged . The plant adds 0.6G W/ a of perovskite laminated module production capacity and reduces 0.6G W/a of ordinary module production capacity.
At the same time, Yangzhou Jingao plans to invest 210 million yuan . The gap film modification and high power modification of 650 W modules were carried out in Jinshan Road factory area. The details are as follows:
(1) Gap laminating transformation : purchase and transform 6 sets of gap laminating equipment, 6 sets of double-glass laminating machines, etc., and upgrade the product type from single-sided components to double-sided components ; (2) High-power transformation of 650 W modules: purchase and transform 20 high-speed welding machines, 20 typesetting machines, 6 sets of overlay welding machines, etc., and upgrade all existing production lines to high-efficiency 650 W module production lines . The existing 14 54-version and 72-version component production lines in Jinshan Road Plant were upgraded and transformed into 10 66-version component production lines (4 66D50GB and 6 66D45LB). The total production capacity remains unchanged (10GW/a) before and after the technical transformation, and the power of a single module is increased from 425W/570W to 650W.
