The Company intends to sign the Investment Cooperation Agreement with the Management Committee of Huizhou Zhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone on matters related to the Company's investment in the construction of " Yiwei Lithium Energy 60 GWh Energy Storage (Power) Battery Manufacturing Project " within the scope of the Management Committee of Zhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone 》。 The total investment of this project is about 6 billion yuan , the land area is about 500 mu (subject to the actual land acquisition by bidding, auction and listing), and the construction of 60 G Wh energy storage (power) battery production base project.
Yiwei Lithium Energy said that this cooperation will help all parties to give full play to their respective resources and advantages, better seize the market opportunities of energy storage power batteries, further expand the scale of production capacity, optimize the company's industrial structure, promote the company's development in the lithium-ion power battery market, and enhance the company's influence and comprehensive competitiveness in the new energy industry.
It is reported that Yiwei Lithium Energy has built 11 production bases in the world, which are distributed in Huizhou, Hubei, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Yunnan, Zhejiang and other places in China, while in Malaysia overseas, it is speeding up the construction process of Hungarian factories.
