Hangzhou Zhongneng Photovoltaic Perovskite Photovoltaic Semiconductor Production Base Phase I Project has a total investment of about 500 million yuan, and plans to build a 200 MW perovskite photovoltaic module production line. At present, the project has been signed and started construction, plant renovation and equipment procurement have been steadily promoted, and preliminary work such as investment agreement optimization and land use approval has been carried out simultaneously. It is planned to start construction formally in July 2025 and is expected to be completed and put into operation within 10 months.

On July 6, it was learned from Xining (National) Economic and Technological Development Zone that two key projects, Qinghai Silicon Lithium Ion Battery Silicon Carbon Composite Anode Material Project and Hangzhou Zhongneng Photoelectric Perovskite Photoelectric Semiconductor Production Base Phase I Project, are scheduled to start construction this month.

Among them, the total investment of the first phase project of Hangzhou Zhongneng Photoelectric Perovskite Photoelectric Semiconductor Production Base is about 500 million yuan . It is planned to build a 200 MW perovskite PV module production line . After the completion of the project, it will accelerate the process of perovskite technology from laboratory to industrialization, and fill the industrial gap in the field of high-end photovoltaic materials in Xining Development Zone.

In addition, the project of silicon-carbon composite anode materials for lithium-ion batteries in Qinghai, with a total investment of about 800 million yuan, makes full use of the idle sites and factories of the former Qinghai Rare Gem and Jade Co., Ltd. and plans to build five production lines with an annual output of 6000 tons by purchasing advanced equipment, eventually forming a large-scale production capacity of 30000 tons per year.

At present, the project has completed the signing of investment contracts, plant upgrading and equipment procurement are advancing simultaneously, and is expected to be completed and put into operation within five months.
