Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "2025 Green Factory List", and Yongan Jinniu, a subsidiary of Fujian Jinniu Cement (Group), was successfully selected as a national "green factory" after Le Jinniu. It marks that Jinniu Cement has further entered the leading level of the industry in the fields of green development, low-carbon transformation and intelligent manufacturing.
"Green factory" refers to a manufacturing factory that implements the concept of green development in planning, development, production and operation, and has the characteristics of clean production, waste recycling and low-carbon energy. The recognized and evaluated enterprises play a leading role in industry demonstration in many dimensions, such as green manufacturing, sustainable development and social responsibility.
In recent years, Jinniu Cement actively conforms to the development trend of high-end, intelligent and green industry, vigorously cultivates new quality productivity, and strives to create a new benchmark for green development.
"Electricity to bags" has been completed in an all-round way, SCR denitrification technology has been steadily promoted, emission indicators of various pollutants are far below the national standards, the first ultra-low emission production line in Fujian cement industry has been built , and the group company and its subsidiaries have been rated as provincial or even national "green factories". Sanming Jinniu Yanqian Mining Area is included in the provincial green mine list. "Factories like gardens, mines like orchards" has become a veritable green business card of Jinniu Cement.
Jinniu Cement also actively responds to the national "double carbon" strategic objectives, combined with ultra-low emissions, energy-saving and carbon reduction transformation, distributed photovoltaic power generation, cement kiln waste heat power generation technology as an effective means of energy saving and emission reduction. Especially in the past two years, the company has actively developed photovoltaic power generation, with an investment of 200 million yuan, a total installed capacity of 35 MW, an annual power generation of 38.5 million degrees, an annual saving of 11000 tons of standard coal and a reduction of more than 30000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
As the first enterprise in Fujian Province to use cement kilns to co-dispose of solid waste, Jinniu Cement owns three environmental protection technology companies located in Sanyuan, Jiangle and Yongan, which can properly dispose of hazardous wastes such as waste incineration fly ash, secondary aluminium ash and industrial sludge up to 205000 tons a year, and comprehensively utilize other industries, such as waste incineration. It really realizes the recycling of resources and the reduction and harmless treatment of waste, and transforms the traditional building materials industry into a "purifier" for urban development.
