On October 29, Tuori Xinneng disclosed that Chen Chen transferred 28.6% of his shares in Aoxin Investment, the controlling shareholder of the listed company, to his father Chen Wukui and 25% to his mother Li Fenli. The relevant industrial and commercial changes have been completed. So far, Chen Chen no longer holds the shares of the listed company directly or indirectly.
On October 30, the company supplemented and disclosed that Chen Wukui, Li Fenli and Chen Jiahao had signed the Agreement on Concerted Actors on October 25, which stipulated that Chen Wukui's opinions would prevail when negotiations failed. The three persons controlled 39.33% of the company's shares, and the company's actual controller was formally changed to Chen Wukui.
Back in May this year, Dongfang Hexin, the second largest shareholder holding 9.13% of the shares (the real controllers behind it are Chen Jiahao, Li Fenli and Chen Wukui), asked the shareholders'meeting to dismiss Chen Chen, the then director, and Chen Chen immediately proposed the dismissal of Chen Jiahao and Li Fenli in the name of Aoxin Investment, which triggered shareholder qualification lawsuits and family infighting. As a result, the company's share price fell 11.42% in three days.
Subsequently, the conflict between the two sides gradually eased, and in September, the related lawsuit was withdrawn and approved by the court. The storm of family control of listed companies, which lasted for several months, ended with Chen Chen's complete withdrawal. According to
the latest financial report, in the third quarter of this year, Tuori Xinneng's revenue fell 19.81% year-on-year, with a net profit loss of 42 million yuan and a loss reduction of 14.26%.
