funds is 200 million yuan of other funds, with a unit price of 0.5 yuan/Wh. This is the second tender for the project. On February 10, the first tender for the project was launched, with a project capital of 196 million yuan and a unit price of 0.49 yuan/Wh.
On March 4, the project announced that the project was abandoned because there were less than three bidders. On the same day, the second tender was opened. In addition to the increase in project funds, the second tender announcement also cancelled the financial and performance requirements for bidders in the first tender.
