On June 29, the Civil Ruling of the People's Court of Shancheng District, Hebi City, Henan Province (2026) Yu 0603 No.1 showed that on June 29, 2026, the administrator of Hebi Sanxin Cement Co., Ltd. According to the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the property of Hebi Sanxin Cement Co., Ltd. is insufficient to pay off the bankruptcy expenses, and now applies to the People's Court for a ruling to terminate the bankruptcy proceedings.
The Court considers that the application of the applicant conforms to the relevant provisions. In accordance with Paragraph 3 of Article 120 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the ruling is as follows:
1. Announce the bankruptcy of Hebi Sanxin Cement Co., Ltd.;
2. Terminate the bankruptcy proceedings of Hebi Sanxin Cement Co., Ltd.;
3. After the conclusion of the bankruptcy proceedings, the bankruptcy administrator of Hebi Sanxin Cement Co., Ltd. shall be retained to deal with the remaining problems.
According to public information, Hebi Sanxin Cement Co., Ltd. was established on July 19, 2006 with a registered capital of 2 million yuan and registered in Shancheng District, Hebi City, Henan Province. The company is mainly engaged in cement production business, with a grinding production line, is one of the eight local grinding stations.
It is understood that in 2024, the company has been in a state of shutdown, and submitted a stamped statement to the Hebi Development and Reform Commission.
