On June 21, Hainan Ruize announced that on June 18, 2026, the company held the 23rd meeting of the sixth board of directors to consider and adopt the Bill on the Appointment of Deputy General Manager of the Company.
Due to the overall strategic layout and business development needs of the Company, upon the nomination of Mr. Zhang Haokeng, the general manager of the Company, and the qualification review and confirmation of the nomination committee of the Board, the Board agreed to appoint Ms. Guo Huiying as the deputy general manager of the Company, with the term of office commencing from the date of consideration and approval at the meeting of the Board and ending on the expiry date of the sixth session of the Board.
