Hainan Ruize announced that on October 28, 2026, the board of directors of Hainan Ruize New Building Materials Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the resignation application submitted by Mr. Zhang Haokeng, the chairman and general manager of the company. Mr. Zhang Haokeng applied to resign from the position of chairman of the company and chairman of the strategic committee of the board of directors due to job adjustment. After

his resignation, Mr. Zhang Haokeng continued to serve as the director and general manager of the Company. The resignation of Mr. Zhang Haokeng will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the Company. According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of the Company, his resignation shall take effect when the resignation application is delivered to the board of directors of the Company.

In order to improve the corporate governance structure and ensure the standardized operation of the company, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Guidelines for Self-Discipline Supervision of Listed Companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No.1-Standardized Operation of Listed Companies on the Main Board and other laws and regulations, normative documents and the Articles of Association of the company, on October 29, 2026, the company was established. The company held the twenty-seventh meeting of the sixth board of directors, deliberated and adopted the Bill on the Election of the Chairman of the Company and the Bill on the Election of the Vice Chairman of the Company.

The board of directors of the Company agrees to elect Mr. Wang Jianfeng as the chairman of the board of directors of the Company and appoint him as the chairman of the strategic committee of the board of directors of the Company; It was agreed to elect Mr. Zhang Haokeng as the Vice Chairman of the Company and appoint him as a member of the Strategic Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, with a term of office commencing from the date of consideration and approval by the Board of Directors and ending on the expiry date of the term of the sixth session of the Board of Directors of the Company. According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, the legal representative of the Company shall be the general manager, who is still Mr. Zhang Haokeng.
