In May 2026, in the 3 # ultra-fine grinding production line of Yatai Building Material Yitong Company, the first production of green low-carbon solid waste-based cementitious materials was completed, and the carbon dioxide emissions per ton of products were reduced by 50% compared with traditional cement.

Relying on the combination of the basic theory of universities and the practical ability of enterprises, the Group deeply studied the mineral composition and activation mechanism of solid waste, optimized the particle size distribution, accurately regulated the dosage of activator, and effectively activated the potential cementitious activity of solid waste. After several rounds of theoretical deduction and small grinding experiments, the final green low-carbon solid waste cementitious material does not need high temperature calcination, the production process is simple, and the proportion of solid waste is more than 95%, which greatly reduces the dependence on natural ore raw materials.
Breaking through the barrier of pilot production: The production line was in stable operation and the trial production was successfully implemented

On the basis of the existing equipment of Yitong Company, Yatai Building Materials Group optimized and adjusted the batching system, the structure inside the mill and the gradation of the grinding body, and successfully realized the industrial production of green low-carbon solid waste-based cementitious materials. This production overcomes the bottleneck problems of large dosage of desulfurization gypsum and difficult feeding, and realizes the green recycling industry chain of technology autonomy, process maturity and product standardization. The products conform to the development trend of green infrastructure and low-carbon buildings, effectively enrich the low-carbon building materials product system, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the cementitious materials industry to the direction of energy saving, environmental protection, recycling and low carbon.
