[Basic information of the project] The project is located in Shaowu City, with a total construction area of 82,550 ㎡. The construction includes Triangle Theatre, Nuo Dance Hall, Zhaowu Folklore Hall, Yanyu Culture Hall, Huangqiao Culture Hall, Zhang Sanfeng Culture Hall, Folk Culture Performance Hall and related supporting facilities, equipped with underground garage (and civil air defense), and synchronously upgrading and renovating urban parks and surrounding roads. The total investment is RMB 968,153,900 yuan (project cost: RMB 790,865,300 yuan), and the EPC + O mode is adopted, including design, procurement, construction and later operation (property, charging pile, investment, etc.).
