Hangzhou Zhengchu (2025) No.141 Qiantang Bay Future Headquarters Base Intelligent Science and Technology Innovation Center Project EPC General Contracting recently announced the successful candidates, three Zhejiang local consortia were shortlisted, with quotations concentrated between 2.317 billion and 2.321 billion yuan, and the competition became white-hot. Zhejiang Southeast Grid and Zhejiang University Design Institute ranked first with about 2.317 billion yuan. The total investment of the project is about 8.455 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 406600 square meters, 41 floors above ground and a building height of 180.4 meters, which is the core landmark of the future headquarters base of Qiantang Bay.

[Basic information of the project] The project is located in the core area of Qiantang Bay Future Headquarters Base, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City. The total building area is 406,580.49 square meters (about 292,600 square meters above ground and 114,000 square meters underground), with 41 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, the maximum height is 180.4 meters, the maximum span is 30 meters, and the depth of the foundation pit is 13.9 meters. The total investment is estimated to be 8,455,479,600 yuan (about 8.455 billion yuan), and the construction and installation cost is 4,247,704,600 yuan (about 4.248 billion yuan). The planned construction period is 1,680 calendar days (about 4.6 years), including 120 days for design and 1,560 days for construction. The scope of EPC covers the whole process of construction drawing design, various special designs, construction and installation works, equipment procurement, preparation of as-built drawings, completion acceptance and filing handover. After completion, it will be positioned as a super high-rise landmark for intelligent science and technology enterprises, R & D centers and headquarters offices.
