Recently, the Hangzhou Construction Committee announced the completion of the special renovation of the ready-mixed concrete industry with high quality.
One is to find out the bottom number in an all-round way. Third-party testing institutions were commissioned to carry out on-site spot checks, and 188 problems were found in 20 ready-mixed concrete enterprises in 10 districts and counties (cities), of which all the core indicators of concrete products met the standards.
The second is to guide the rectification of problems. In view of the problems found, enterprises are urged to allocate sufficient personnel according to the qualification requirements, improve the quality assurance system, strengthen laboratory management, and improve the practical ability of test personnel. Install on-line dust monitoring facilities and promote vehicle cleanliness, and strengthen the control of waste water, waste residue, waste oil, dust and noise. At present, 188 problems have been rectified and put in place.
Third, to prevent problems from repeating. In conjunction with all districts and counties (cities), we will strengthen the supervision of quality control, cleaner production and vehicle transportation of ready-mixed concrete enterprises, strengthen the frequency and intensity of quality sampling inspection, and urge enterprises to implement their main responsibilities. Serious handling of violations of laws and regulations should be carried out in accordance with the law, and timely measures such as interviews, exposure and administrative penalties should be taken against enterprises that refuse to rectify or fail to rectify.
