On June 4, the website of the People's Government of Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province published the "Notice on the Proposed Approval of the Environmental Impact Report Form of Yiyang Hongshan Phase I 60 MW Wind Power Project".
The announcement shows that the construction units of Yiyang Hongshan Phase I 60 MW Wind Power Project are Jiangxi Zhongye Xingda Electric Power Industry Co., Ltd. and Yiyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Group.
The project is located in Zhukeng Town, Yiyang County, Shangrao City. The wind field is located in the east of Yiyang County and the west of Hengfeng County. The wind field is about 60 m above sea level and is a plain and low hill landform. The project is equipped with 8 wind turbine units with a single unit capacity of 6.25 MW and 2 wind turbine units with a single unit capacity of 5.0 MW, with a total installed capacity of 60 MW. A new 110kV wind farm booster station will be built, with a main transformer capacity of 1 × 80MVA. Three 35kV overhead collecting lines will be connected to the 110kV wind farm booster station. The collecting line will adopt the overhead-cable scheme, with a single circuit and a double circuit. The total length of the overhead line section is 11.8km. The annual on-grid electric quantity is 0.60 MWh 100725, and the annual equivalent full-load hours are 1678.76 H.
The project construction mainly includes the main works such as wind farm road construction, wind turbine generator foundation, box-type transformer foundation booster station, collector line, temporary works of waste disposal yard and environmental protection works. The total investment for
the project is 33924. 7 million yuan, including 7.25 million yuan for environmental protection.
